I'm working with a leading wealth management business that is undertaking a significant piece of work across its investment and financial planning proposition and is looking to appoint a Senior Pricing Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role with real ownership. The successful individual will play a key role in designing, modelling, implementing and embedding an integrated pricing framework, working closely with senior stakeholders across proposition, finance and strategy. This is not a BAU pricing role. It’s a defined, high-impact piece of work suited to someone who enjoys being brought in to solve complex challenges.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and evolve pricing structures across investment and financial planning products, including integrated and bundled pricing
  • Build and stress-test pricing models and scenarios to assess impacts on profitability, client retention and growth
  • Benchmark competitor pricing and assess market positioning
  • Support the implementation and embedding of pricing changes, including legacy client considerations
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders and present recommendations clearly and credibly
  • Ensure pricing approaches align with regulatory and Consumer Duty requirements
  • Track and report on pricing performance and outcomes

About you

  • Experience in wealth management pricing, proposition or commercial analytics (platform, DFM, private wealth or similar)
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
  • Experience implementing and rolling out pricing changes, not just designing them
  • Good understanding of industry pricing practices and competitor approaches
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders
  • An actuarial or highly quantitative mindset is beneficial, but not essential

Why this role

  • Clear scope and ownership from day one
  • Exposure to strategic pricing decisions
  • Ideal for someone who enjoys defined, outcome-driven work

If you have experience delivering pricing change within a wealth or investment-led environment and would like a confidential conversation, please get in touch with Ellie on 07458163343.
