A growing Employee Benefits team within a major UK accountancy and advisory firm is looking for someone who has actually driven flexible benefits platform implementations. You'll be the person leading rollout, configuration and provider management.
What you'll actually be doing:
- Owning the platform implementation as Project Manager, from onboarding through to configuration, providers, payroll and HR inputs and go-live
- Shaping how the programme evolves after launch
- Supplier relationships, budgets, ROI. You make the calls
- Advising senior leadership as the go-to expert on the platform
Who we're looking for:
- You've got benefits platform implementation experience. Hands-on, "I ran this project" experience
- You know your way around UK benefits frameworks, salary sacrifice, group risk, pensions, healthcare
- You can hold your own with a client's CFO on ROI and their HRD on employee engagement in the same afternoon
- You're looking for a voice, in a function that's still taking shape
