A fiercely independent wealth management firm is looking to hire an experienced Financial Planner across the Midlands. The role suits a Financial Planner who wants to grow and develop an existing client bank, with full paraplanning and admin support around them. You’ll have the tools, brand and internal support to build new relationships, without being dropped into a sink or swim environment.
You’ll do:
- Provide full financial planning advice to a mix of existing and new clients
- Build relationships with professional introducers and personal networks
- Work across your regional market rather than sit behind a desk all week
- Contribute to team goals, client outcomes and wider business projects
- Help support sensible growth across a long established wealth firm
You’ll bring:
- Minimum Level 4 DipPFS/DipFA
- Strong relationship skills and credibility with clients
- Commercial edge, initiative and the willingness to win work
- A collaborative style and no big ego
- Ideally, existing introducer relationships or a strong local network
- Based around the Worcs, Warks, Glos, Staffs, Derbys, and Leics area
You’ll get:
- £50,000 to £90,000 base salary depending on experience
- 10% to 25% bonus based on performance, team contribution and behaviour

- One fixed office day in the Coventry office, field based seeing clients.
