They’re looking for a Head of Financial Planning who can elevate the adviser team, strengthen external visibility, and turn the planning function into a genuine growth engine. You’ll: 💡 Lead, coach and develop a team of advisers to deliver consistently high-quality, client-first financial planning. 💡 Be a visible external ambassador — building relationships with solicitors, accountants, introducers and professional networks. 💡 Drive new business through external engagement, events and a structured PI strategy. 💡 Bring structure, discipline and efficiency to workflows, tech stack adoption and operational processes. 💡 Use data and KPIs to improve performance, spot trends and drive commercial decision-making.
