We are working on an exclusive mandate with a culturally distinct, mid-sized IFA firm, who are on a significant growth trajectory, and are seeking a new Financial Planner for their Leicester office. With over £1Bn asset under influence, this firm is large enough to provide stability, yet nimble enough to put ideas and changes into place quickly. They have a genuine focus on creating long-term career opportunities for their staff and using their business to improve the lives of the clients and local community.
The office environment has a professional but relaxed feel, and you will work within a high calibre, vibrant and collegiate team. Joining a large team of advisers in their Leicester office, you will take over a mass-affluent client base (£30M AUM) and provide holistic, independent financial planning advice, ably supported by experienced Paraplanners. With their significant growth plans, there is plenty of scope for future career development opportunities.
