A growing Employee Benefits team within a major UK accountancy and advisory firm is looking for someone who has actually driven flexible benefits platform implementations.
You'll be the person leading rollout, configuration and provider management.
What you'll actually be doing: Owning the platform implementation as Project Manager, from onboarding through to configuration, providers, payroll and HR inputs and go-live Shaping how the programme evolves after launch Supplier relationships, budgets, ROI.
You make the calls Advising senior leadership as the go-to expert on the platform Who we're looking for: You've got benefits platform implementation experience.
