DC Investment Consultant
I am partnering with a leading pensions and investment consultancy that is scaling its DC practice. They want someone who can own client relationships, shape DC investment strategy, and help drive growth across a portfolio of Own Trust and Master Trust schemes.
What you will do
- Act as lead DC investment consultant on a portfolio of schemes, with support from Partners and Directors for larger mandates
- Set and refine strategy for complex DC clients so defaults and self select ranges stay fit for purpose
- Design and implement innovative DC investment solutions for the modern member journey
- Attend trustee, sponsor and governance meetings, deliver clear advice, and follow through to execution
- Contribute to business development, from idea generation to tender responses and pitches
- Produce thought leadership on default design, retirement pathways, and evolving DC market themes
- Research provider default strategies and individual DC funds where bespoke solutions are needed
- Support clients through provider and vehicle change projects
- Draft and review reports, manage workflow, and coach junior team members
What you bring
- FIA or FFA, or CFA or CISI, or equivalent professional qualification
- Strong DC investment consulting experience, with real client ownership
- Sharp analytical skills and a growth mindset
