You’ll have the tools, brand and internal support to build new relationships, without being dropped into a sink or swim environment.

You’ll do:

  • Build relationships with professional introducers and personal networks
  • Work across your regional market rather than sit behind a desk all week

You’ll bring:

  • Minimum Level 4 DipPFS/DipFA
  • Strong relationship skills and credibility with clients
  • Commercial edge, initiative and the willingness to win work
  • A collaborative style and no big ego
  • Ideally, existing introducer relationships or a strong local network
  • Based around the Worcs, Warks, Glos, Staffs, Derbys, and Leics area

You’ll get:

  • £50,000 to £90,000 base salary depending on experience
  • 10% to 25% bonus based on performance, team contribution and behaviour
  • BUPA
  • 8% employer pension contribution
  • DIS
  • Electric car salary sacrifice scheme
  • One fixed office day in the Coventry office, field based seeing clients.

This is a client first model with strong internal referrals, professional introducer flow and space created through growth, acquisitions and adviser retirements.
