You’ll:

  • Deliver risk-based 2LoD compliance monitoring as part of our Compliance Plan.
  • Conduct audits, risk assessments, and assurance reviews with a sharp eye and balanced judgment.
  • Influence the business on control improvements and risk mitigation.
  • Champion a culture of compliance and customer-centric conduct risk management.
  • Play a pivotal role in FCA engagements, including thematic reviews and regulatory visits.
  • Produce clear, insightful reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.

You’ll Bring:

  • A QCF Level 4 DipFA or DipPFS (or equivalent).
  • Hands-on experience in 2LoD compliance within financial services.
  • Deep knowledge of the regulatory landscape, including FCA Handbooks (COBS, SYSC, T&C, etc.), Consumer Duty, data protection, and financial crime frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills – you can challenge with diplomacy and influence with credibility.
  • A collaborative mindset – you’re comfortable advising senior stakeholders and working in partnership across departments.
