Iβm working with a leading wealth management business that is undertaking a significant piece of work across its investment and financial planning proposition and is looking to appoint a Senior Pricing Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role with real ownership. The successful individual will play a key role in designing, modelling, implementing and embedding an integrated pricing framework, working closely with senior stakeholders across proposition, finance and strategy. This is not a BAU pricing role. Itβs a defined, high-impact piece of work suited to someone who enjoys being brought in to solve complex challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Design and evolve pricing structures across investment and financial planning products, including integrated and bundled pricing
- Build and stress-test pricing models and scenarios to assess impacts on profitability, client retention and growth
- Benchmark competitor pricing and assess market positioning
- Support the implementation and embedding of pricing changes, including legacy client considerations
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders and present recommendations clearly and credibly
- Ensure pricing approaches align with regulatory and Consumer Duty requirements
- Track and report on pricing performance and outcomes
About you
- Experience in wealth management pricing, proposition or commercial analytics (platform, DFM, private wealth or similar)
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
- Experience implementing and rolling out pricing changes, not just designing them
- Good understanding of industry pricing practices and competitor approaches
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders
- An actuarial or highly quantitative mindset is beneficial, but not essential
Why this role
- High-visibility, senior-level project work
- Clear scope and ownership from day one
- Exposure to strategic pricing decisions
- Ideal for someone who enjoys defined, outcome-driven work
