This is an opportunity to shape and lead the support function within one of the UK’s most progressive, award-winning Chartered Financial Planning firms.
You will lead the Paraplanning and Client Relationship Management teams, creating stronger processes, clearer development pathways and a support model capable of scaling alongside the business.
You’ll do:
- Lead a team of approximately 13 across Paraplanning and Client Relationship Management
- Set clear expectations around performance, quality, development and accountability
- Coach experienced paraplanners while supporting less experienced team members as they progress
- Provide technical oversight across recommendations, evaluation work and client presentation materials
- Own, document and continuously improve the processes underpinning both teams
- Create consistent and scalable ways of working that reduce duplication and rework
- Develop clearer career pathways from administration through to paraplanning and advice
