Business Development Manager – LiverpoolLocation: Liverpool & surrounding areas (Chester, Wirral, Warrington, Wrexham)Salary: £80,000–£85,000 basic + Formulaic bonusIndustry: Investment Management / Financial ServicesAn opportunity to step into discretionary fund management with a firm that values long-term relationships, internal collaboration, and personal growth.This is a high-profile Business Development Manager role covering one of the firm’s most established regions. You will join a respected wealth management business with a strong adviser presence and a modern, values-led culture. With a significant footprint in the Liverpool area and team of Investment Managers in the local office, this is a role with clear opportunity and excellent internal alignment.Whether you are currently in a platform, MPS, or broader intermediary-facing role, this position offers a genuine next step into DFM.The RoleYou will be responsible for developing new business through financial advisers across the Liverpool region, promoting a range of discretionary propositions. This is a key region for the business, and you will work closely with experienced Investment Managers to identify, introduce, and develop new adviser relationships. Reporting into a Sales Director, you will benefit from warm internal support, a structured territory, and a clear route for success.What We’re Looking For
  • Level 4 CII / CISI qualified (essential)
  • Minimum three years’ experience working with financial advisers in a BD capacity
  • Ideally from a platform, MPS, or investment management background
  • Strong knowledge of the Liverpool/intermediary market and surrounding area
