An opportunity for an experienced T&C professional to join a fantastic independent financial planning business and join a growing supervision function. This role is supporting advisers and ensuring high standards across the network, or any level 4 professionals to transition into the T&C world.

You will do:

  • Supervise and coach a panel of advisers to maintain competence and improve performance.
  • Deliver structured 1:1s, file reviews, and development sessions.
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with compliance and learning teams.
