What you’ll be doing

You’ll play a pivotal role in our project delivery, working closely with engineers and design teams to create high‑quality, innovative solutions. Expect to:

  • Support engineers with design duties while managing your own workload effectively.
  • Prepare accurate drawings, models, and analytical information.
  • Use your expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and BWB standards to produce and coordinate design outputs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external teams, building strong working relationships at every level.
  • Take a proactive role in problem‑solving, identifying risks, and proposing technical solutions.
  • Mentor less experienced team members and share your knowledge across the team.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone with a blend of technical skills, creativity, and teamwork. You’ll bring:

  • Strong AutoCAD and Revit skills, with the ability to work confidently with x‑refs and multiple drawing files.
  • Experience coordinating structural details across disciplines.
  • A solid understanding of structural materials and systems: steelwork, concrete, masonry, timber, and foundations.
  • The ability to create clear sketches and detailing to explain design ideas.
  • Competence in IT tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook, plus experience with specialist structural detailing software (e.g., CADS RC, Revit, 3D Max).
  • Excellent communication skills, personal effectiveness, and the ability to plan and monitor workloads.
