What Success Looks Like In This Role
- Deliver high-quality geotechnical solutions from concept through to construction

What You'll Be Doing
You will play a key role in a growing, energetic geotechnical team β getting hands-on and leading technical input across exciting and diverse projects in the UK and internationally. Your work will span the whole project lifecycle, including:
- Desk studies, ground investigations, and site supervision
- Geotechnical analysis and design (foundations, retaining structures, slopes, earthworks)
- Reporting, risk assessment, and solution-focused engineering
- Regular site visits and short periods of site-based work
Expect variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a visible impact from day one.
What You'll Bring
You will bring a passion for geotechnics and:
- A Master's degree (or equivalent) in a geotechnical discipline
- 2+ years' experience in consultancy and working toward Chartership
- Experience managing and supervising ground investigations
- Working knowledge of UK design codes (including EC7) and geotechnical design practice
- Strong communication and MS Office skills
- A willingness to travel and engage in site-based work
- A full driving licence
