What you’ll be doing
- Delivering a mix of site-based and office-based tasks across a variety of exciting and complex schemes.
- Managing Phase I and Phase II ground investigations, remediation activities, and site operations.
- Logging exploratory holes, sampling soil and water, monitoring groundwater, and recording results to UK Standards.
- Compiling desk-study information, scheduling lab testing, analysing data, and preparing reports.
- Overseeing groundworks such as earthworks, foundations, and ground improvement operations.
- Coordinating with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors to keep projects running smoothly.
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years’ experience as a Geo-environmental Consultant / Engineering Geologist or in ground investigation.
- Strong IT and report-writing skills, with a collaborative and organised working style.
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and a desire to work towards Chartership.
- A proactive, can-do mindset and confidence communicating with clients and colleagues.
