We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of our workplace and support a positive, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring it remains organised, efficient, and well-equipped.
  • Manage office layout, supplies, vendor relationships, and maintenance, arranging repairs or improvements as needed.
  • Monitor and manage office expenditure, process invoices, and maintain budgetary control.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure spaces are clean, functional, and welcoming.
  • Manage reception duties, including greeting visitors, handling calls, and overseeing front-of-house operations.
  • Support executive PAs and senior staff with event planning, travel bookings, and administrative tasks.
  • Manage office deliveries, order supplies, and coordinate courier services.
  • Coordinate training sessions.
About You
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable liaising with employees at all levels, including senior management.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-driven with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Trusted team player who handles sensitive information with discretion.
Experience
  • 3+ years’ experience in office management, administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong IT and systems skills with the ability to streamline processes.
