As a Lead Information Manager at BW, you will manage significant projects independently and support the Head of Information Management in broader organisational initiatives, audits, and strategic activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic oversight and comprehensive setup of projects across our construction management platforms.
- Maintain rigorous standards for managing BW, client, consultant, and subcontractor information within Procore.
- Lead the continuous enhancement of our Information Management standards and processes.
- Conduct regular audits and KPI monitoring to ensure compliance with BW’s Information Management strategy.
- Act as the subject matter expert, providing guidance and strategic advice on all Information Management matters.
- Deliver high-level training and mentoring to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support BW’s accreditation processes, including compliance with ISO19650 standards and BIM best practices.
- Represent the Information Management team at meetings, driving clarity and effective decision-making.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrable senior leadership experience in Information Management, ideally within construction or related sectors.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, confident liaising with individuals across all organisational levels.
- Deep practical expertise in platforms such as Procore, HammerTech, Openspace, PowerBI, and QFlow.
- Comprehensive knowledge of ISO19650 standards and familiarity with BIM processes.
- Strong organisational abilities, capable of independently managing multiple priorities effectively.
