As an Information Manager at BW, you will manage and maintain all project-related documentation, acting as a central liaison between stakeholders to ensure smooth and accurate information flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform project-specific setup on our construction management platforms.
- Manage and maintain accurate contact details for BW, clients, and consultants within Procore.
- Onboard subcontractors, clearly communicating BW\βs standards and processes.
- Oversee DRS processes ensuring timely distribution and submission.
- Conduct quality assurance checks, promptly managing and closing submittals.
- Upload and manage design information and maintain compliance with BW Information Management standards.
- Provide training and ongoing support to internal and external teams on our technology platforms.
- Actively attend meetings, raising and resolving open issues and action points.
- Support the preparation of project reports and handover.
- Provide responsive administrative support, including site setup, social value initiatives, and health & safety documentation.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to independently manage workload.
- Highly approachable and collaborative, an integral member of the project team.
- Effective communicator, comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
- Practical knowledge of Procore, HammerTech, Openspace, PowerBI and QFlow is beneficial.
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
