We are seeking a creative and technically skilled professional to produce innovative, high-quality visualisations for our Design and Build studio. This role operates in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and offers strong opportunities for creative and technical development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Producing accurate, high-quality visual content for pitch and design development phases.
- Work primarily in 3DS Max and V Ray, with the opportunity to introduce and implement alternative software solutions that meet or exceed existing quality standards.
- Interpret design concepts and translate them into clear, engaging graphic representations, including reproducing designers’ concepts or creatively interpreting design intent.
- Accurately read and interpret architectural drawings, 2D CAD/Revit files, and 3D modelling data to produce compelling visual outputs.
- Add to and help develop, and maintain a comprehensive 3D asset library to support architectural rendering and visualisation needs.
- Efficiently model and convert datasets from CAD/Revit and other 3D modelling platforms.
- Contribute innovative design ideas and influence creative solutions on bespoke projects.
- Manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritising workloads to meet demanding deadlines.
- Produce static visuals and provide ongoing 3D support and administration.
