Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Solicitor/Consultant/Paralegal with 3/4 years PQE at BW Solicitors. The role involves handling day-to-day tasks related to Immigration, Asylum, Human Rights, Appeals, Family Law, and other legal areas. The office is located in Ilford.
You will work mainly on Skilled Worker sponsorship Licence applications, skilled worker visas, Global Talent, Innovator Founder Visas, Skilled Worker visa applications, spouse visas, and fiancé visas, private and family life applications, Refugee travel documents, Protection applications, Appeals, admin reviews, PAP and Judicial Reviews, Asylum matters and other legal services provided by the firm.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Legal knowledge in personal Immigration, Business Immigration, Asylum, Human Rights, Appeals, Family Law
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- 3-4 years of post-qualification experience
- Experience in Law, Family Law, and Labor and Employment Law
- Knowledge of Conveyancing and Commercial Real Estate
- Strong understanding of legal practices and regulations
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Relevant legal qualifications and certifications
- Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus (English, Arabic, Persian, Korean, Vietnamese, Chinese, Punjabi, Spanish, Portuguese, Hindi, Urdu)
