About the Role

We're looking for a driven Fee Earner with a minimum of 1-3 years PQE to join us across our Colchester and Ilford offices. This is a genuine opportunity to build a caseload and a career within an established and ambitious firm, with flexibility to work from either location depending on your circumstances and client base.

Locations

  • Colchester — our newly expanding regional office
  • Ilford — Olympic House, 28–42 Clements Road, Ilford IG1 1BA (our established head office)

Our core strength is Immigration & Asylum, alongside Family & Children, Wills & Probate, Landlord & Tenant, Civil Disputes, and Criminal Defence/Motoring Offences (Colchester Magistrates' Court nearby for our Colchester office) and we provide services to SMEs.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1-3 years PQE
  • Immigration & Asylum experience preferred; other practice area experience welcome
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable growing a caseload
  • Right to practise in England & Wales
  • You would have your own client following
