Job Description Lead, Engineering Excellence – Global Standards (Electrical) Reports To: Director, Engineering Excellence – Electrical Location: BW Packaging Location Travel: Up to 25% initially, domestic and international, 10-15% more likely after 1st year, or as required. Position Summary Develops, maintains, and governs global electrical engineering standards that enable disciplined, high-quality engineering practice across Packaging. Applies deep technical experience and sound judgment to shape clear rules, tools, and documentation that engineering teams rely on daily to deliver safe, reliable, and scalable solutions. Defines electrical design standards, libraries, and documentation frameworks that support consistent application across diverse products, sites, and regulatory environments. Supports and advances the direction set by the Director, Engineering Excellence – Electrical and collaborates closely with sold work engineering, product innovation, controls, and operations teams to embed standards into engineering workflows aligned to Packaging’s product, operational, and engineering priorities.
