BW Offshore leverages more than four decades of experience in operating advanced offshore production systems and executing complex projects. Key Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the competence team
  • Coordinate with competency library champions on the development of content
  • Facilitate the review of the competence unit requirements and criteria developed
  • Maintain and update the competency library and records in LMS and CMS platforms
  • Assist in the testing of platforms and roll-out of competence frameworks and matrices
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all documentation
  • Update and maintain Training Libraries
  • Upload CBTA templates and documents
  • Assist with testing new CBT courses prior to going live
  • Focal point to external T&C systems
  • Super User for the systems

Qualifications

  • College Degree or other relevant education or background
  • Relevant experience may compensate for formal education
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and reporting tools

Experience

  • Ideally 2-years relevant working experience
  • Experience with P&C systems, LMS platforms, or competence management tools
  • Experience from the Offshore or Marine industry is an advantage
  • Previous experience with Competence Assessment

Skills

  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team
  • Structured, organized, and good attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • Good computer skills
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
