Key Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and reporting support to the People & Culture Payroll Advisor, including data preparation and validation.
  • Support payroll compliance activities, including preparation of HMRC reports.
  • Check and process employee expense claims accurately and on time.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records across P&C and payroll systems.
  • Provide administrative support to recruitment activities, including managing CVs and candidate documentation.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Support onboarding activities, including system updates, documentation, and pre-employment requirements.
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Manage day-to-day operations with travel management providers, including reviews, reporting, and policy maintenance.
  • Coordinate logistics and third-party mobilisations, liaising with internal teams and vendors and maintaining the crew planning system.

Qualifications

  • College or other relevant education or background.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within People and Culture or a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience working with travel management providers is beneficial.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive and solution-focused.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and P&C systems.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and willing to support a wide range of administrative activities.
