BW ESS seeks a Vice President, Strategic Finance for an on-site, full-time role in the UK.
You will lead debt financing across the BW ESS portfolio, including project finance, Hold Co debt, and revolvers, while coordinating with lenders and advisers.
You will partner with the CEO, CFO and Director of Strategic Finance on financing strategy, capital formation and allocation, and support equity raises, asset selldowns, joint ventures and M&A as needed.
