We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager & Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. This dual-role position is integral to maintaining smooth day-to-day office operations while providing high-level administrative support to our senior executives. This role comes with great power to build a productive and efficient workspace, as well as to oversee daily office operations. Executive Assistant Duties:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Other ad hoc administration duties as required.

Office Management Duties:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a productive and well-organized workspace.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and building management.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Welcome visitors to the office.
  • Support company events, team meetings, and office initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the office.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Native or fluent English speaker.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and digital collaboration tools.
