Registered Veterinary Nurse – Varied Role – Barnet Location: London We are currently looking for a permanent full-time Registered Veterinary Nurse to join the team. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, enthusiastic, want to use their nursing skills to their full potential, and be keen to develop their knowledge and skills. You will be working in all areas of the hospital from theatre, anaesthesia, diagnostics, wards inpatient care, and dispensary; with a wide variety of cases and lots of hands-on nursing. Full-time RVNs work a variety of shifts on a rota basis. Four-day weeks, approximately 1 in 3-4 weekends, with time off in lieu, and 4 night shifts every 12 weeks. The flexible approach to rota patterns and working hours offers a balance that truly flexes with you and your lifestyle no matter what stage you are in your career. The successful candidate will be working in a fully equipped hospital with laparoscopy, endoscopy, digital x-ray and dental x-ray, fully equipped in-house lab, isolation, and separate dog and cat ward. They are also an ISFM GOLD cat-friendly practice and a rabbit-friendly practice. Excellent salary package dependent on experience. CPD funded and encouraged, RCVS and VDS fees paid for.
