Your Role As a Stadium Retail Section Manager , you will take ownership of a designated retail section within one of the stadium concourses, ensuring every outlet operates safely, efficiently and delivers an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include: Managing multiple kiosks, bars and food outlets within your allocated stadium section. Leading, motivating and supporting Team Leaders and Retail Assistants to deliver outstanding service throughout the event. Monitoring customer flow and service standards, ensuring queues are managed effectively and outlets operate at maximum efficiency. Overseeing stock levels across your section, coordinating replenishment and ensuring all outlets remain fully stocked throughout the event. Supervising cash handling, till compliance and end-of-event cash reconciliation in line with company procedures.
