Your Role As a Stadium Retail Manager , you will have overall responsibility for the retail operation across an entire stadium stand, leading a team of Section Managers to ensure every kiosk, bar and food outlet delivers an exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination and execution of retail operations before, during and after every event. Your responsibilities will include: Leading all retail operations across your allocated stadium stand, ensuring every outlet is fully operational and event-ready. Managing, coaching and supporting a team of Section Managers, providing leadership throughout the event and driving high performance. Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered across every retail outlet within your stand. Monitoring sales performance, customer flow and queue management, making operational decisions to maximise efficiency and revenue. Overseeing stock management across the stand, working with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure all outlets remain fully stocked throughout the event.
