As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse facility.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving and inspecting incoming goods: unload shipments, verify contents, check for damages, and record received items in the inventory system.
  • Inventory management: organize and maintain storage, ensure products are labeled, categorized, and stored in designated locations; conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
  • Order fulfillment: accurately pick and pack products based on customer orders, ensuring items are labeled and prepared for shipping.
  • Loading and unloading: load outgoing shipments onto trucks and unload incoming shipments from carriers, using appropriate equipment and following safety protocols.
  • Quality control: perform regular quality checks to ensure products meet company standards and report issues or defects.
  • General warehouse tasks: assist with organizing shelves, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness, and participating in equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged standing/walking.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and knowledge of relevant safety procedures.
