About this role in the team: We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Support Engineer to join our team in BVNK. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting IT services and ensuring IT security in the company's operations. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.
- Key Areas of Responsibilities:
- Ensure IT solutions are supported to meet the company's operational needs.
- Ensure the company's IT infrastructure is secure, reliable, and scalable.
- Collaborate with the IT solutions team to design and implement IT services into the business that facilitate efficient and secure operations.
- Provide technical support to the company's staff via the helpdesk service regarding IT issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation of IT systems and procedures.
- Educate end-users about systems in use.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and recommend new solutions to improve the company's IT infrastructure.
What we need from you:
- At least 5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, and cloud computing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in IT security, including knowledge of security policies, procedures, and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certifications in Apple management such as Jamf100, Jamf200, Jamf300, Apple Certified Support Professional and Apple Certified IT Professional are highly recommended.
- Skills in the following technologies are desirable: Apple environments and hardware, MDM management and configuration (Jamf, Meraki etc.), Email relay management and configuration (Google Workspace, Mimecast, DarkTrace etc.), IdP management and configuration (SSO, OIDC and SCIM), VOIP services, GWS management and configuration.
