The Selling Supervisor embodies sales excellence, demonstrating strong personal sales performance and expert product knowledge. He/she champions team development and sales success by providing ongoing mentorship to Client Advisors, fostering a positive work environment where team members feel empowered to achieve individual and collective goals. This is a full‑time role reporting to the Store Manager.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead Sales team: Drive store sales by setting an example in personal client engagement, selling techniques, and closing sales. Model high‑performance behaviours to inspire and guide junior Client Advisors.
- Maintain Product Expertise: Maintain expert‑level knowledge of product lines including features, benefits, pricing, availability, care services, etc.
- Mentor Client Advisors: Mentor junior Client Advisors, sharing expertise on products, client service skills, and company protocols. Contribute to training initiatives aimed at enhancing team performance.
- Support Operations: Assist Deputy and Store Manager with operational duties as needed such as stock management or organising staff schedules.
- Deliver an exceptional selling experience: Assist all clients/prospects entering the store, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism following brand selling experience and leaving a lasting positive impression. Keep client information up‑to‑date in the company’s CRM system and execute 1‑to‑1 CRM initiatives, according to the received guidelines. Address complex clients’ complaints with diplomacy; offer resolution strategies that uphold brand reputation while satisfying client concerns. Serve as proactive liaison between clients and local/central service departments.
- Achieve and exceed sales objectives and targets: Actively work towards meeting or exceeding individual sales targets as well as contributing to overall store KPIs.
- Prove knowledge of policies and procedures: Understand and stay updated on all trainings and procedures to provide flawless experience and personalised advice to clients. Adhere strictly to all company policies regarding discounts, security measures, fiscal responsibilities, and legal regulations during sales transactions.
