The Business Admin Coordinator supports the leadership and office teams on all daily operations, to ensure smooth ongoing activities, organization and planning. The role reports to the Managing Director.
Job responsibilities:
- Calendar & Resource Management
- Team meetings preparation
- Support in big events
- HQ visits coordination
- Leadership Team Admin (expenses, travels)
- Support with reporting
- Monthly Business Reviews
- Retail Excellence reports
- Weekly and monthly PR reports
- Booking travel arrangements for Senior Managers
- Brand Event Support
- Client travel bookings
- Agenda creation and planning
- Ad-hoc admin support needed
