We are looking for a Part-Time Spa Therapist to join our Spa team, delivering exceptional treatments and creating refined, personalised experiences for our guests. In this role, you will provide high-quality spa treatments in line with Bvlgari brand standards, ensuring outstanding levels of professionalism, care and attention to detail at every stage of the guest journey.
Through thorough consultations and tailored treatments, you will respond intuitively to individual guest needs, while offering expert aftercare advice and supporting revenue generation through retail sales, upselling and cross-selling. You will work collaboratively within a close-knit spa team to maintain immaculate treatment environments, uphold health, safety and hygiene standards, and support the smooth day-to-day operation of the spa.
As an Ambassador for Bvlgari Hotel London, you will represent the brand with warmth, discretion and a commitment to excellence at all times. This role will primarily involve weekend coverage; however, full flexibility is required, as shifts may also include weekdays, evenings and peak business periods.
