Spa Director

We are looking for an authentic, talented and dedicated Spa Director join our team here at the Bvlgari Hotel London.

Nestled in the heart of Knightsbridge, Bvlgari Hotel London epitomizes contemporary luxury and refined elegance. Since its inauguration in 2012, the hotel has garnered acclaim for its sophisticated design, exceptional service, and commitment to sustainability. Notably, it features a 25-meter subterranean lap pool, offering guests a tranquil retreat in the bustling city.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring a seamless and luxurious guest experience.
• Develop and implement spa programs and services that align with the hotel’s brand and guest expectations.
• Lead, train, and motivate the spa team to achieve excellence in service delivery.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the spa department.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote spa offerings and packages.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have an operational knowledge and demonstrated expertise of a luxury spa. To be successful in your application you will already have experience from within a luxury service environment along with an excellent understanding of the 5‑star hospitality industry. You will be an immaculately presented individual who possesses informal yet impeccable customer service skills with your ability to engage with our guests being one of your greatest assets.

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a luxury spa environment.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness programs, and industry trends.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and analyze financial reports.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
