We are looking for a Spa Attendant to join our Spa team, supporting the day to day operation of the spa and ensuring all guest areas are maintained to the highest standard. This is a hands on role, well suited to someone who takes pride in organisation, consistency and service. This role plays an important part in upholding the overall presentation and smooth running of the spa, with a strong focus on cleanliness, attention to detail and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness, presentation and hygiene standards across all male spa facilities, including changing rooms, relaxation areas, treatment rooms and fitness areas.
  • Ensure all spa amenities, towels, robes and guest supplies are replenished and available at all times.
  • Carry out regular inspections of spa areas and report or follow up on any maintenance or housekeeping requirements.
  • Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner, responding to enquiries and directing them appropriately.
  • Support therapy, fitness and reception teams to ensure a smooth and consistent guest experience.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures and contribute to the efficient day to day running of the spa.
  • Monitor spa equipment and facilities, reporting any faults or concerns promptly.
  • Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
