Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will work as a key member of our people and culture team. You will focus on ensuring a positive colleague experience by owning aspects of recruitment, onboarding/off‑boarding, compensations and benefits, learning and development, and other people operations programs and initiatives. You will be a vital part of our team and we will encourage the development of your knowledge, skills and abilities in order to foster the development of your career in HR and hospitality.
What we are looking for:
- The ideal candidate will be approachable, personable and energetic with the highest standard of integrity.
- You will be passionate about people and always willing to listen, assist and support with an overall employee centric approach to the HR service delivery.
- Attention to detail, organisational skills and accuracy will be crucial to be successful in this role.
- Previous experience as an HR administrator or similar and CIPD qualifications are desirable.
- We encourage a diverse workforce; however you will be required to have a good level of written and spoken English and be eligible to work in the UK.
- Fluency in a second language would be beneficial.
