We are looking for a Night Security Officer to join our Security team on a 4 on, 4 off rotation, primarily working overnight shifts, while maintaining flexibility to support day shifts as required by the business. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the safety and security of the hotel and everyone within it, around the clock.

Reporting to the Head of Security and Safety, you will be a calm, reliable and highly professional presence across the property. You will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment for guests, residents and colleagues, patrolling all areas of the hotel, monitoring CCTV systems, controlling access points and responding promptly to any incidents or emergencies during the night.

This is a hands-on role in a 24/7 operation where attention to detail, discretion and sound judgement are critical. You will combine strong security awareness with excellent guest service, playing a key role in maintaining a safe environment while delivering a professional experience.
