Nestled in the heart of Knightsbridge, overlooking the verdant expanse of Hyde Park, Bvlgari Hotel London is one of the world's most celebrated luxury destinations. Since welcoming its first guests in 2012, the hotel has become synonymous with Italian artistry, flawless service and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

We are seeking an exceptional Human Resources - Payroll Partner to join our team - a role that sits at the intersection of operational precision and genuine human connection. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources and Director of Finance, you will take ownership of monthly payroll while supporting a broader range of HR functions across the full employee lifecycle.

This is a role for someone who takes quiet pride in getting things exactly right - someone as comfortable navigating a payroll query as they are supporting a colleague through a significant moment at work. From payroll and pensions to benefits, employee relations and colleague engagement, you will be a trusted and discreet partner to both the HR team and operational leaders across the hotel.

As a member of the Human Resources team, you will help shape a colleague experience that is as exceptional as the guest experience - embodying the Bvlgari values of authenticity, grace and the tradition of excellence in everything you do.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processing monthly payroll with full ownership, ensuring accuracy, compliance and care at every stage
  • Managing statutory submissions and staying current with UK payroll legislation and HMRC requirements
  • Administering employee benefits, pensions and reward programmes from enrolment through to day-to-day colleague communication
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and supporting colleagues through every stage of the employee lifecycle, from their first day to their last
  • Supporting employee relations processes with discretion, including absence management, disciplinary and grievance matters
  • Contributing to recruitment, onboarding, colleague engagement and learning & development initiatives
  • Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and the overall efficiency of the Payroll function
What We Are Looking For

You will bring solid payroll experience - ideally within hospitality or a similarly fast-paced environment - paired with a genuine interest in the human side of HR. You are detail-oriented without being rigid, professional without being distant, and you understand that in a luxury environment, how you do something matters as much as what you do.

A working knowledge of UK payroll legislation and benefits administration is essential. Experience with HRIS systems and a comfort with data and reporting will serve you well in this role.

Above all, you are someone who takes their responsibilities seriously, handles sensitive information with absolute discretion, and brings a calm, solutions-focused energy to the team - whatever the day brings.
