Knowledge of Marriott systems and platforms would be highly desirable.This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within an award-winning luxury hotel and contribute to the continued success of the Bvlgari brand.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading the overall technology strategy and roadmap for the hotel, ensuring alignment with business objectives and guest expectationsManaging all IT infrastructure, systems, networks, cybersecurity, telecommunications and Audio-Visual operationsEnsuring the reliability, security and performance of critical hospitality systems and guest-facing technologiesDriving digital transformation initiatives and continuous improvement projects across the businessLeading, developing and mentoring the IT team, fostering a culture of excellence and serviceOverseeing IT budgets, vendor relationships, procurement activities and technology contractsEnsuring compliance with corporate standards, cybersecurity requirements and data protection regulationsActing as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on technology risks, opportunities and investment decisionsCollaborating with department heads to identify and implement innovative technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfactionManaging business continuity, disaster recovery and incident response planningWhat We Are Looking ForYou will bring significant leadership experience within Information Technology, ideally gained within luxury hospitality or a similarly service-focused environment.
