Reporting to the Outlet Manager, you will assist in leading a professional team to ensure the highest standards of service are delivered. You will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department and maintain at all times a professional approach in order to provide a high standard of service to customers. You will have flawless knowledge of all the food and beverage products sold in the hotel to respond to any queries and to make a memorable experience for our guests.
