Key Responsibilities
- Creating warm, authentic, and memorable experiences for every guest, ensuring service that reflects the sophistication of the Bvlgari brand.
- Welcoming, serving, and attending to guests at their tables, providing discreet and intuitive service throughout their visit.
- Maintaining exceptional service standards at all times, upholding our commitment to luxury hospitality.
- Collaborating closely with colleagues across departments to ensure harmonious guest service and smooth daily operations.
- Maximising sales through confident upselling and refined product recommendations, always aligned with guest preferences.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a similar role within a five star or luxury hospitality environment, with a solid understanding of refined service standards.
- Exceptional guest service skills and the confidence to engage naturally with a discerning and international clientele.
- Strong organisational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and sound commercial awareness to support service excellence and revenue growth.
- Impeccable personal presentation and professionalism, reflective of the Bvlgari brand.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; additional languages are highly advantageous in our cosmopolitan setting.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays, in line with operational needs.
