Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene standards of all male spa facilities, including changing rooms, relaxation areas, treatment rooms, and fitness facilities.
- Ensure spa amenities, towels, robes, and guest supplies are replenished and readily available throughout the day.
- Conduct regular inspections of spa areas and promptly address any maintenance or housekeeping issues.
- Welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner, assisting with enquiries and directing them to the appropriate facilities.
- Support therapists, fitness staff, and the wider spa team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Adhere to all health, safety, hygiene, and company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain spa equipment and facilities, reporting any faults or concerns to management.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the Spa.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests, ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently achieved.
