We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and impeccably presented Food & Beverage Supervisor assisting with ordering and administrative procedures; managing billing and cashiering to the required standards; and maintaining an active presence on the floor to enhance guest engagement. You will lead by example, using a hands‑on approach to guide and coach the team, deputising for managers where required—including opening or closing the restaurant. You will help review and implement service standards, support revenue maximisation, and develop guest loyalty. A strong understanding of statutory health and safety regulations is essential, ensuring full compliance at all times.
