Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for preparing classic and contemporary cocktails and drinks with precision, flair and consistency. Your creativity, energy and attention to detail-combined with the seamless service of the restaurant team-will ensure the bar remains a focal point of Sette's dynamic social scene.
Your Role
- Creating and serving high quality cocktails, spirits and beverages to an exceptional standard
- Demonstrating in depth knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wines and bar techniques
- Delivering warm, confident and personalised service to guests
- Maintaining an elegant and well organised bar environment
- Working collaboratively with the restaurant team to ensure fluid service
- Upholding brand standards, presentation and service excellence at all times The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails and wines, along with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional drinks and guest experiences.
You will bring previous experience from a luxury hospitality or five star environment, with a solid understanding of high end service standards. Immaculate presentation, excellent communication skills and the ability to engage naturally with guests are essential. You will be confident, professional and calm under pressure, with good spoken and written English and the right to work in the UK. Fluency in a second language would be an advantage.
