The successful candidate will embody the essence of refined hospitality, offering bespoke service that anticipates and exceeds the expectations of our most discerning guests.
Our Butlers will play a key role in the success of the hotel rooms division and should demonstrate a strong and proactive relationship with all other departments, as well as be ambassadors of the Bvlgari Hotel London at all times. To be successful in this role, you will provide a luxury personalised and 'invisible' service by operating at an uncompromised level of high standards and impeccable attention to detail. You will use empowerment to make decisions that ensure resolutions, while maintaining strong and productive relationships with all departments of the Bulgari Hotel London.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver highly personalised service throughout the guest journey, from pre-arrival to departure.
- Coordinate and manage in-room experiences, including unpacking, pressing, dining arrangements, and special requests.
- Serve as a single point of contact, ensuring seamless communication between departments to fulfill guest preferences.
- Maintain discretion, professionalism, and complete confidentiality at all times.
Reporting to the Front of House Manager, your main responsibility is to maintain and control the hotel's guest rooms and ensure an exceptional overall experience, including cleanliness, service delivery, arrival, check-in, stay, and check-out processes. Your role also involves satisfying any guest needs while adhering to Bvlgari Hotel standards. Additional languages are a plus. We value a diverse workforce, but it is essential that you have a good command of both written and spoken English and are eligible to work in the UK. Fluency in a second language would be beneficial.
