We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented and dedicated Butler to join our team at Bulgari Hotel, London. To be successful in this role you will provide a level of luxury personalized experience by operating with an uncompromising level of service.
What we are looking for
Your main responsibility is to ensure you provide an engaging, sincere and personalized service to our guests. You will ensure warm and engaging service that anticipates guests’ needs. You will showcase your passion for guest service with an exemplary standard of care and personal attention that will make feel guests not only comfortable, but also valued.
To be successful in your application you will already have experience from within a luxury service environment along with an excellent understanding of the 5-star hospitality industry. We encourage a diverse workforce however you will be required to have good levels of written and spoken English and be eligible to work in the UK. Fluency in a second language would be beneficial.
