We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional pastry products across the hotel's dining outlets. Reporting to the Pastry Head Chef, you will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of pastries, breads, cakes, desserts and chocolate-based creations in line with the hotel's recipes, quality standards and service expectations. You will work with speed, precision and consistency, ensuring high-quality output while maintaining cost control and efficient use of ingredients.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for pastry and a strong technical foundation, with excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene within a professional kitchen environment. You will have previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie within a five-star hotel, Michelin-starred or AA-rosette establishment. Relevant NVQ or professional qualifications are desirable, though technical skill, consistency and flexibility will be key to success. You will be immaculately presented, well organised and able to work efficiently under pressure. Good levels of written and spoken English are required, along with eligibility to work in the UK. Fluency in a second language would be an advantage.
