Reporting to the Outlet Manager, you will assist in leading a professional team to ensure the highest standards of service are delivered. You will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department and maintain at all times a professional approach in order to provide a high standard of service to customers. You will have flawless knowledge of all the food and beverage products sold in the hotel to respond to any queries and to make a memorable experience for our guests.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have the ability to demonstrate proven success in a leadership role, delivery of impeccable service and strong commercial acumen is essential for this position. To be successful in your application you will have already been an Assistant Manager or similar in a luxury hotel. You will be an impeccably presented individual who possesses excellent guest service skills with your ability to engage with our guests being one of your greatest assets. We encourage a diverse workforce however you will be required to have a good level of written and spoken English and be eligible to work in the UK. Fluency in a second language would be beneficial.
